Exclamation HEAD GASKET and surprise on 2
I just got into not TUPY headgasket , it overheated and cooked piston 2 ,
installed new gasket with good head and lost 50% compression on #2

LIGHT SCORING AT very top

cause of low comprenssio

bad guy

How's the rest of the pistons ? and how the cylinder walls ? Good time to hone the cylinders and install new rings and bearings .

my compression was 160 /70 /165/ 160/ 165/160 .
only second cylinder got very slight scoring. cylinder job done twice thanks God pistons and home honing made it fixed.

Light scoring? Looks to be in the 0.020" (±) range to me from my back yard on that piston. What was your compression after getting it back together?

most amellenium on the walls, did not check after,
good news no more DTC and running like new
