head casting question

is #0630 head interchangeable with #0331. i have a '99. will it fit dead on?

#0630 - 1996-1999
#0331 - 1999-2006

There was some overlap in 1999 - the XJ got the #0331 head in 2000, and everything else got it in 1999.
