Default Hazard/turn signal problem.

Ok I've done a few searches to no avail...

2000 Cherokee sport 4x4 4.0L:

My problem is my turn signals AND hazards stay constantly on (don't blink, but come on) The searches I've done, have found people that have just non functioning signals,or only one not working, or hazards work but no turn signals, etc. Every other problem BUT the one I'm dealing with. The lights in the cluster also stay constantly on.

Now, I thought... how weird for BOTH flasher/relay boxes to go out at the SAME TIME, but that seems to be the only logical conclusion after I've been Googling all damn day...

Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I'm gonna keep Googling.
