Default Having trouble finding caps

Anyone out there know where I can find black lock cylinder caps for my 99 XJ? I see a bunch for other years or models, but I don't know if they're all the same.

I recently re-keyed my locks to match the ignition and destroyed my caps (or bezels?). I've called 15 different locksmiths in town and they either don't have them or won't provide them. One guy wanted to charge me $20 each!

Any help on the part number or even a link to one would be great. Thanks in advance.

I am guessing this is what you are looking for. I can't find them anywhere though. Boneyard?

Best I can tell is that the caps don't even exist on '97's and '98's assuming that this is what you are looking for. Starts with '99. '00 and '01 are the same part number. Find it odd that it might not be a '97 and '98 thing though. Also looks like it might be a ZJ, '94 to '97, and a Wrangler, '94 and '95 thing.

Thanks. That is the part, but its no longer available. Boneyard would be nice, but to remove the part, you have to really bend it out of shape.

Its expensive for just that one part, but...

Found this as well. Its a different part number, but its all i keep finding. Up top it says 91-94 XJ, and 97-02 TJ. I dont know if, or why, the XJ and TJ would be any different. They could be, but i dont know. For what its worth, that part number (and the part linked to by Ralph77) does not appear in the 97-98 XJ parts catalog. Pictured yes, but no part number given.

Hey Jayo, literally doing exactly the same thing as you. Did you end up figuring this out?
