Has anyone had this problem??? Check engine light and no bus.

Since I have been running the air every once in awhile the whole dash goes out. Speedometer and everything. Along with the check engine light and where the mileage is it says "no bus". I can't get it read with the computer because it goes in and out and never stays on. I can get everything to come back if I flick my lights on and off. Has anyone had this problem that can give me some insight on it??? I attached a picture.

If this is not the problem with yours look at the dash grounds.
