Hard Starting getting worse

Hard Starting getting worse
I have a 93 4.0L with new plugs oil and just ran sea foam in the gas. and that fixed my fuel consumption issue. The problem is that it is hard starting. And its taking longer in longer to start. How do I narrow my issue down? what do you guys think it could be thank you.
