Hard shifting
I have a 97 Cherokee Country auto trans. When i put it into drive it seems to shift harder than it should. It goes through the rest of the gears fine. its just rough going from Psrk to Drive. Also while driving I can feel a slight vibration (It feels like its under my feet). Can someone help me out

Don't know if it is the same issue, but my 99 is stiff and makes a clunk going into reverse. There is vibration. I am told its the universal joints and so will be checking those. I also find the shift into and out of 4 wheel drive stiff. Is that normal? Is it related or just a different issue?
