The "right" half doors are freakin' sweet. I don't think the cherokee looks right with the tubies......But thats just my opinion.....

I wonder if you could build some crazy hybrid????? Like it would cover all that ugly a piller but still have a swing out tube door..........

I dunno....Just thinkin.....

I'm actually going to take my doors off in a little bit today. The only thing is trying to get my wiring harnesses and stuff back through the holes without breaking wires. Everything on my cherokee is automatic. Windows, locks, and speaker wires. Anybody know a way to stop the lights from coming on when you take the doors off?I was figuring just take out the fuses out for the interior lights so i don't kill my battery lol

They make a little spring thing for wranglers that goes on the button that turns them on,you can also make a switch so you can still use the lights and stuff.

Take the switch out of the door jamps and splice the wires together to bypass the switch...

Or you can just unplug the button switch, the plug is right there under the dash!

I take my doors off all the time. All the wires have plugs right behind the kick panel as well as a plug for the interior lights. They all uplug very easily and the wires are pretty tough. I've never had a problem with them shorting out or breaking at all.
