Default Grinding question

So I just noticed today the it feels like there's a grinding feeling coming from my front driver Side when I go over 30mph, also if I take a turn fast I hear like a pop any clues to what be causing this?

The usual suspects: front axle u-joints, ball joints, unit bearing, disc brake rotors/pads...could be any of these...you will need to isolate.

Well just went out an jacked it up, no play in trying to pull from top to bottom or side to side so went for a drive, when i applied the breaks the sound would go away or get quiter, over 30 you can def hear it. an when id pump the breaks it would go away or just get quiter, but as soon as i let off the brakes it would come right back

The fact that it goes away when you apply brakes would indicate something like worn or warped rotors. You mentioned that you were wheeling on the weekend...make sure there isn't dirt or mud stuck and rubbing somewhere...look around the brake dust shields.
