Got a pretty good score today.
Got a friend of mine who has had a 87 XJ forever. Not to long back he hydro locked the engine and killed her. Well he asked me today if I would be interested in it, he was moving on to a new Jeep he has in his projects. I said sure how much....$200 bucks. Now I know XJ's pop up a lot for little to no money but this one has a 5.5" lift on it, good tranny, NP231 with s/y el., and a D44 rear axle. Plus had all the skids on it (tranny, front and tank). There is a lot of goodies on here too, just gotta sort though them. I am mainly gonna use it for parts for my 89. Main thing I wanted was the 44 but the rest is gravy. Just wanted to share my joy.
Here is a link to the Jeep. The owner here is the previous one.
