Default Got my headlight relays done...

I decided to add headlight relays to my '95 and try to make it look factory(as much as possible) I used relays/fuse holders/mounting bracket from a later model Chevy Caprice. I ran an 8g from the fuse box input to a junction block to power the fuses/relays. I also cut and spliced into the original wires(now trigger wires),soldiered/shrink tubed/taped all connections and reinstalled wire loom for the 'factory' appearance.

Looks like a neat job. How about a couple pics of how it changed the lights though? So long as you took a before pic.

I don't have a before pic. I am not quite done reassembling the front end. I can however get a voltage reading of the aftermath. I have done these on all of my vehicles and what a difference they make. Later I plan to make my own headlight harness to upgrade the headlights and use heavier gauge wire.

I want to do this on my ZJ for using 9007 bulbs with a higher wattage. I will also be doing a similar harness for my Dodge Neon, I went with an aftermarket headlamp with seperate high and low beam bulbs... I don't want more current running through the headlight switches than is needed.
