To answer the original question you asked... Yes, the front of your Jeep will handle the "weight" of the new tires just fine.
Clearance may be an issue but that's easily solvable.

Guessing he's meaning it's $75 for a front/rear lift kit. Here's one for not much more. Beefy shackles to.

This is the cheap option. If your not wheeling it you might not realllllly need shocks but that would complete the kit. http://www.quadratec.com/products/76190_803_07.htm
