Just got off the phone with the dealer and they told me $5460 out the door with everything, tax, title, etc...

Thats a bit more then what I payed for mine but then again it is hard to find a good condition XJ like that. Its up to you. Personally I wouldnt buy a 00 and that price would be too much for me.

It is pretty clean and what not but I agree it is on the pricey side. I would have expected at least leather for that price. Again though, if $5460 to you isn't bad then why not.

Nice jeep, but depends how your gonna use it? If your gonna beat it find something cheaper if it's just a camping/cruising jeep it's all about if you like it or not. I do believe you can find a cheaper jeep. By the way I use to work in Kenosha, I lived in Lake Bluff IL. And worked for a builder up there for 2 years. Nice place loved to camp up at the jellystone camp ground.

I dont think its that bad a deal considering its 8.5-9 years old and it has under 100K on it. i bought my 00 in 04 with 50K on it and gave just over 9,000. its hard to find a clean cherokee 98-01 with low miles around here for under 6,000. hope that helps

Thats a hell of a deal. I got my 99 for the same price. But this one has a rear hitch, about 20k less, aftermarket radio, and locking hubs. I'd say go for it.

Alright, the salesman has been calling bugging me over the phone for like 2 weeks now. Based on our last conversation I think his next call is going to be to tell me $5000 out the door. I think im gonna take it...
