Default Give it a look over for me?

I was gonna just post to a thread I had already made but it seems to have just vanished from existence.. Weird.

I want to re-wire my fog lights today to appease the hateful VDOT and DMV. Inspections and law require the fogs to cut off with the lows. Last inspection the guy made me remove them to pass me just because they were only wired to a switch. SOO, I bought me-self a relay!

I just wanted to post up a schematic and ask for some input. I will be using 12 g wire for the fog lights, and something like 14-16 for the switch since it isn't drawing that much juice.

Give it a look over for me?-fog-light-wiring.jpg

The fuse is something like 20 amps, basically what came with the fog light kit when I bought it. The wire tap I am using on the low beam wire is something I got a pack of at walmart:

I just need the split for a signal to the relay. Tell me what ya'll think! Appreciate any feedback. Also, what color wire am I going for? Would it be coming from the headlamp switch on my '91 or near the little fuse box under the dash?

Someone mentioned the wire I am looking for is blue? Sound right? I just need to know where to look.

looks good to me, I can't help as far as wiring colors go. Seems odd that you had to remove them to pass inspection, did you have covers on them?

Nope just open. They have to cut with the lows and I just had them on a switch. Kinda dumb since they point down anyway (fog lights duh!) but state doesn't seem to get that.
