Getting crappy gas mileage after . . .
... after having a Check Engine light and replacing: plugs, air filter, header O2 sensor, and fuel pump assy. The O2 sensor was damaged by a rock, and it had needed the check valve replaced for some time...
So I did all this, and erased the CE light (I have a code reader), it now starts first time and runs good, but the exhaust still smells rich and it's getting about 10 mpg instead of the 14-15 it got before . . .
There is another O2 sensor at the cat converter, but at $75 I'm not sure that'll make any difference.
I did run a couple of bottles of injector cleaner through for the hell of it too.
Any ideas ??
