I removed the gearshift know to take the center console out. (No buss and tried the ecm) The issue I am having is when I tried to put the **** back on, the button will no longer push the lock in far enough to get the gearshift out of park.

Internal piece dies not appear to be worn. Any ideas?? Thanks!

PS: cleaning the mount and the ecm did not fix the no buss so on the the other options found on the forums!
