Default Gauge and Window problem

2000 XJ sport, 4.0L 4x4
Ok my fuel gauge and passenger windows do not work.
I've checked the fuses, fuel sensor, tank lever, window motors work when connected to a battery, switches ohm out, the little light on the switches work (dim when buttons are engaged for drivers side windows, but do not dim when trying to engage the passenger side).

I was farting around and came across this.. A problem in the keyless entry circuit board that affects the guages and windows.

Particularly this post..

Now I unplugged the connection and it didn't help. Is the problem most likely something else then or is there more to it than just unplugging it? Anyone have a wire diagram for what is going into and out of this circuit board? They say that it's connected to the mother board and could effect those other parts.

Just throwing this out here hoping someone has had the same problem and found a fix...
