Is it leaking at the lock ring where the fuel lines are attached? You could try tightening that. Is the rubber hose where the fuel filler attaches cracked? There's just hose clamps holding them and I know mine are a little rough ('87).

I assume you put a new tank on (not just another tank) so the tank itself should be ruled out. What's left is the two rubber lines that go up the filler neck (vent and fill line) and then the fuel pump area lock ring. A leak on the metal fuel line near the fuel filter is common. I had a leak that looked like it was on the tank but it was a fine fuel spray from a pin-hole in the fuel line that sprayed onto the side of the tank.
Is it worse when the tank is full (above fuel pump lock ring)? That would narrow it down a little. If you have a new tank, it can really only be the stuff you've connected to it. Check to see your hose clamps are on so tight that they chewed into the rubber. Rock auto has replacement rubber tubes so maybe that's a cheap fix for parts that are probably at the end of their life anyway.
