Default Fuel Rail issue

I am planning on doing an injector swap sometime soon and I’m not sure if my fuel rail is salvageable. If it is I’ll clean it up and paint it. But if not I’d rather replace it at the same time.

Doesnt look that bad to me. Dont get too rough pulling it or you can tweak the rail. Once its off, let it air out and clean it up with a Dremel or wire brush. Prime and paint. Use the high heat stuff.
