I have a 1990 4.0l i have just put motor in from another xj (ran good in there) i used all the wireing from under the hood same fuel pump (and another) i have pressure to the regulater but none at the pressure valve on fuel rail. vac lines are on. any ideas Thanks David

you are getting fuel pressure? so your pump is running when you cycle the key? i know it sounds stupid but make sure you hear the pump running when you turn the key on. i had trouble with mine after engine swap ( long story)and the ground strap was not hooked up and the pump wont run without it.
