I need a new fuel pump hanger(that goes in the tank) and couldn't find anywhere online, ie; Rockauto. Does anyone know of a OEM site where I might find something like this??? Sorry if this has posted before(I did search for it first) and found nothing.

 

Please provide more details. Year of XJ for starters. A pic would be good as well.

The whole fuel pump assembly is inside the tank on my 98. It doesn't hang in the tank. It the rests on the bottom of tank and is held in place by a retaining ring on the top of the tank.

 

Its a 1996. I do not have the Jeep right now. Its in the shop and the guy requested a fuel pump hanger(he couldn't find one for sale). If I had more info I would give it to you.. Rockauto didn't have it. So I didn't know if there are any OEM sites that might have this.

Thank you, on the second diagram it might be the first part. I have a gas leak that is causing the issue. I was told the part actually goes in the tank. Which the first part i the second link would be the only option.

 

With these diagrams which part would be the fuel pump hanger?
