The Previous owner bypassed the fuel pump ballast resister found two orange with black wires cut. Want to put it back like the factory had it. One wire that was cut looks like it went to the A/C Relay and the other to a harness with 5 or 6 wires. But which ones goes where, don't want to short anything out.

 

 

Now on an 89 which wire goes where on the relays? And on the harness.
