Default Fuel pump
Does anyone know how to get gas out of a tank. Can you wire up the pump to run or is it easier to use a hand pump.

i used a hand siphon when i drained mine keep in mind that its damn hard to get the last 4 gallons out of it due to the baffles in the tank if your dropping the tank

No not dropping the tank, but I can't get my siphon in the tank.

what year XJ you can pull the fuel pump if its a pre 97. its just a metal ring take a flat head screw driver and a hammer to spin it and the pump will come out.

It's a 94. It's a full tank so I got to get it below that ring so gas doesn't go everywhere.
