one of the fuel lines to the fuel pump have a blue clip. any Idea how it comes off?

why didnt I think of that I have those

 

ok that worked now how do I get the pump/sending unit out? I twisted the metal part and it just went round and round. there is a plastic piece that has notches in it but I cant get that to budge. If I unscrewed that it looks like it would leave one heck of a hole.

 

I got it its a locking ring bust that loose and she pops out
