Fuel Pressure Regulator Location?

Fuel Pressure Regulator Location?
can anyone point me to this? im pretty sure mine is bad because when i turn my key the voltage on the pump wires are 6.56v. when i ran a jumper wire to the pump and turnd it on with a switch my heep started right up. do the fuel pump wires even run through the fuel pressure regulator?

no they dont the fpr is located on the front of the fuel rail with only a vacuum line on it, at least thats how it is on my 93, if you dont kno what it looks like go to auto zone website and look it up
