Fuel Leak...rail?

Fuel Leak...rail?
I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 with a fuel leak. I am not much of a mechanic, but I like to know what I'm getting into when I have a problem 
I smelled gas BAD even after a 30 second drive across my driveway. I assumed it was a line under the Jeep or something. I opened my hood to put in washer solvent and saw it wasn't that at all.
Fuel was dripping steadily (engine not running, pressure must emty the line?) out of the part that goes to the fuel rail.
I will attach photos if it helps.
Question is...is it part of the rail (it looks rusty in the area and a little flaky) or the part that's attatched to it? Are either a big hassle to fix? Expensive?

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
that much rust you need a new fuel rail jy itme and do the injector up grade at same time what you have is a bomb on wheels
