Yes, it looks like you can splice there at that connector. The feeds from the starter and 02 relay appear to be upstream of there. I would go with a switch rated for at least 10-amps.

Can you tell me where the fuel relay is located? Should be with a few other relays but I’m in Florida at the moment and my car is in NYC. I’m thinking maybe it’s under the plastic cover behind the battery?
