Default Fuel Injectors

Is there a difference between my 98 Injectors and the ones on a 99-01?

If so, which are the better ones to have? Also, can the 98 Injectors be used on a 99+Intake Manifold?

I tried searching, and came up with nothing pertining to my specific topic

theres a write up on naxja for using 19 lbs bosch yellow tops. works great on a renix, but they good for ho too. they have four hole spray which is better. research it on naxja.com

Yes. different electrical connectors up to 98 EV1/ jetronic connector.99 and on USCAR electrical connector.
98 and 99 injectors are single pintal injectors, better off going with a multihole EV6 type injector.
98 injectors can go into the 99+ manifold.
