Long skinny tweezers, luck and a steady hand?
Or remove the intake manifold, which is probably the best and only option since it is a pretty small hole.

I know it sounds crazy, but whats the worst that could happen if you just leave it and run the engine. It's pretty soft, so would get chewed up and spat out almost immediately. be interesting to try it. Not on my motor though
