Default Fuel filter swap

Hey guys newbie here. Has anyone done a fuel filter swap?
I have 185,000 plus miles, my manual says at 120,000 thats one of the many things to do. So I was wondering if its a pain in the ***? How much gas should I expect to pour out? Is it a noticable difference & or worthwhile?

its not too difficult
if i remember right there are 2 hose clamps.. one on each side
and one bolt to hold the filter in.

the whole filter is filled with fuel so when you take it out be careful and just dump one end into a disposal can.

the most thing you will notice is alittle better response. run alittle smoother and maybe alittle better gas milage

hope this helps
