Default frustrating Jeep

last night and this morning I had some rough starts on my 93 4.0. made it to work at 6am then went to start again at 8. I have good crank and fuel but no spark. before i figured out that i didnt have spark i replaced the crank position sensor. a friend helped me out with finding no spark. I have juice after the coil and into the coil wire. but it stopped there. i then replaced the cap and rotor to no avail. now we think it might be the pick up but not sure. if it is the pick up does the distributor have to be removed? thanks guys

so you are getting a spark on the center cap wire at the cap? but not to the plugs? if so that is a CPS issue.

not sure about the removal of the distributor, I think it just sets inside the the cap, but it really doesn't matter about the removal, just mark it and pull it replace and lineup the marks on reinstall.

come to think of I think I changed mine out in 10 minutes, but that was a LOONGGG time ago so I really am not sure if I did.

its kinda hard to see but there are two large slices on either side of the unit. it had juice going through it but not enough.
