Frount end Shimmy
About month or so ago I started noticing a slight wobble/ shimmy in the front end. It seems like a back and forth wobble, feel it in the steering wheel. The other night had a lifted truck behind me and it looked like my head light beams were shaking up and down. Seems like the colder it gets less shimmy, almost all gone when real cold.
98 XJ 4.0 automatic 80,000 miles.
Haven't checked anything, as of yet due to weather,,, was thinking maybe track bar, or possibly wheel bearing. It does seem to make a squeaking noise when I have a passenger in the vehicle.
Looking for any thoughts or ideas.
Thank you all so much.

Rotate tires, that was one of my issues. Check ball joints, is your rig lifted? If so grab some wrenches & make sure everything is tight. Go through all your steering. That's where I'd start.
Also if you live in a heavy snow fall area, check your rims. I blew through a huge snow pile once and got snow/ice packed on the inside of my front rims and it felt like a tire was commin' off.
