Default front windows are to darn tight

Ok, so I have a 1991 XJ 4 door and all that, I replaced all the window seals front and back, all new rubber, fits and looks great, the back doors windows roll up and down great and seal well, the front windows are super tight. was I supposed to lube the rubber with something before I slid in the window glass ? man I mean it is real tight, hard to roll up and down and I am afraid I will damage the window regulators. any ideas as to what is a good rubber to glass lubricant I should use ? I double checked all the window channels rubber, it is installed correctly and the lip over laps the metal channel, and seems to be in straight. any ideas would be fantastic and Thank you in advance.

Mine did the same thing. I took the door panel off and loosened the screws holding the guide rails and pushed them out wider. Now it rolls down nice and easy.

I ended up pulling out the channel rubber in the front. The one that is in the wing window assembly. There are two layers of rubber that squeeze the window. I just trimmed off the part on the inside so it wouldn't squeeze the glass so hard. Reinstalled and everything is great. Not tight. No rattles and because I didn't trim the outside no leaks. Thanks guys for all the suggestions.
