Default Front speaker Wire Routing Help

The PO did a lazy job hooking up the speakers so the wires for the fronts are hanging there when I open the front doors. I want to re-route the wires as originally intended e.i. through the rubber boot. To do this it looks like I need to remove the kick panel between the floor board and dashboard but I cant see in there to tell what kind of bolt is in there to remove it. Anyone know what head is on the bolt to remove that kick panel? Anyone got a little walk through on how to do this? thanks in advance.

It's been a while since I had those off but I think I used a 12mm deep socket for the nut in the middle. Remove the phillips screws in the adjacent trim pieces and it should come out. My drivers side wire had a break somewhere and I ran a new one.
