I was going to replace my front ujoints past weekend. I got the right front wheel off and caliper. I blasted the lug holes with PB and beat on that damn rotor for 3 hours it wont budge. Any Ideas?

The rotor is rusted on? Might be time to clean them up or replace.

Hammer?

It might be a stupid question, but did you remove the 3 bolts that holds the rotor in place ?

if you did so. the try put them back, all the way in, and then about 1 cm out. then take a brass rod and a hammer and hammer on the bolt one at the time.
that way you should be able to get it loose.

god luck

Thats for the Hub assembly. The rotor is loose once you get the caliper off.

The hub assembly is a beast, I had to get a big chisel, sharpen it real good and beat it in there, hammer down!

okay, then we do a rusten rotor removal round

the rotor will be useless after 3 hours of hammering, so why not try take a
angelgrinder and cut the rotor of. it should take that long and you are avoiding the risk of hammering the wheelbolts.

just cut it at the area where the hub is inside, and then use a hammer to crack it.

good luck with it.
