Default Front left brake line replacement issue

Hey guys this is my first post on here but I've been following it since I first got my 2001 cherokee. I was told after a state inspection that I need to replace all of the brake lines. I got the rear lines all done, so I moved on to the front. For some reason I cannot for the life of me get the line out of what I think is the abs sensor. I think the screw is frozen but I'm not sure. Can i use wd 40 or penetrating oil on it? Thanks for all responses.

X2 and leave it sit, moving it back and forth several times over a day or two.
