Did you upgrade LCA's and UCA's? Depending on how your axle is tilted you are going to have a really hard time aligning it because your caster will be off...

How much actual lift did you get from the lift. at 4.5 your LCA's should be 16.5", the stock length UCA is marginal at that height and at 5" of lift it should be 15.25. you really need a adjustable track bar at 4.5". were the Track bar bushings in good shape? i am betting the problems with the track bar!

All the bushings are great and the track bar was relocated 3/4 of an in to the right as to how much lift it gave a lot more then 5 inchs but that's because the old springs sagged quiet abit I rubbed before with 225 75 15 tires while turning

If you did the base lift I would buy 3.5 lift coils and slide them in they will only net about 4 till the settle then puck it to 4.5 no harm no foul, but it will still cost right now... Maybe cut your coils some to lower and puck latter on? But that's just my thoughts on it... Let us know

I don't know if I understand this correctly. Your advice to someone wanting a 4.5in lift and no shakes is to get 3.5in coils or cut his $150 4.5in coils? I am pretty sure he is not interested in lowering his Jeep. But thats just me

Yeah this is not a solid idea, and don't get me or anyone else tearing into the cutting a coil idea, that's just ridiculous.

After looking it over for the what ever time and rechecking all the bolt I noticed about 6 oz of lead on the front right tire so I am thinking the tires I just had them mounted and balanced at a used tire place so who knows if they are correct but 6 oz on a 245 75 16 seems a bit much

That fits what I was going to suggest, rotate your tires.

Yucca-Man: Rubicon Express RE9900 Drop Brackets
At 5" of lift your LCA's should be about 16.6 and the UCA 15.25,which means the stock uca is not good. if you gained more than 5" then the UCA and LCA's need to be even longer. also redrilling the track bar hole at 4.5" is not a good idea. you should have adjustable UCA's,LCA's and track bar at that height..your old springs have nothing to do with the height of your new ones
