no I didnt mess with the hub except pulling it out attached to the axle to replace the ujoint. Do I need to put in new bearings and seal for it to seat properly? Does pulling it out change that because it was fine before.

Was it in an accident? Could the hub be.. ah'hem.."pressed" farther into the bearing? Don't know if that is possible, the bearing feels fine? What broke the U-Joint? Can you measure from the hole to the mounting flange and compare that with the left? Just fielding some ideas...

The bearing feels fine. The ujoint was original and just finally broke while wheeling, its stock open 30 in front with 32x11.5s and 2'wheel spacers. I did just compare the two and there is a gap between the hub and the bearing on the driver side but not on the pass. I looked at the threads on the axle nut and the pass side is on further. This is how it was with the same rotor and had no issues. Im ging to back it off and see if it can still be tight but this doesnt seem right
