Ok, 89 xj, 4.0, auto. I'm getting crazy bump steer. I replaced all ball-joint, tie-rods, drag link, control arm bushings, RE adj. trac bar, aligned. I thought maybe it was the steering box so last weekend I replaced that also, but of course that wasn't it. I'm running 5.5" lift with 33's. I am running stock pitman arm but was told as long as the angles on drag link and trac bar line up then it would be fine. I will post a pic within the hour. thanks

i'd say get the drop arm. there is only so much the tolerances with the angles of the drag link and trac-bar will allow, and reducing the angle will put you back in that safe zone. you won't have to replace anything else, since you seem to have that taken care of already
