Default Front brake issue

I know this subject is very common but I've looked around and haven't found an answer.

About a month ago I replaced my brakes with organic from napa. The calipers seemed fine but I did have to replace one rotor after grinding it down. I also used some of that brake goop as to well. The brakes ran fine for a week or 2 and now there is an almost constant squeal when im breaking. The squeal seems to go away when I step down harder but when I do that it almost feels like im grindimg a rotor.

Now it has gotten cold out but last winter it was colder and my old brakes had no issues nor did I have this issue in any previouss vehicle.

Any support or links to threads that I overlooked woulf be awesome. (Sorry for spelling errors still trying to get used to this s4 ).

I bought those brakes too and figured the squeal would go away after the broke in. I don't have any other issues with them though. I haven't done any research hoping that they would stop but now I'm going to look into it more.
