Well, the reason I stand by AutoZone, is because in my experience, AutoZone tends to hire much more competent and qualified persons than anyone other company. Ive been to all the auto stores in all different areas and the only other place I think even comes close to AutoZone's performance is NAPA.

I just put on new rotors and had exactly the same problem. And I bought my new rotors at O"Reilly. I was pretty puzzled, thanks for the information. Back to O'Reilly tomorrow.
