get some lock jaw vice grips, put it on there as hard as you can and turn. then go get a new nipple from the junkyard or the store for like a dollar

x2 same thing happened to me during my front axle swap, vise grips took it right off and used a bleeder screw from another set of calipers.

just do what i did and use a breaker bar (or in your case vise grips) till you end up snapping the bleeder lol. when this happens then you need to buy a new wheel cylinder. kind of a pain but not the end of the world. there like 12 bucks

Advance auto will have new bleeder screws in the "help" section. They also sell "speed bleeder screw". If you plan on buying something else then try to order online and mark pick up in store. During check out type in "VISA" in the promotion box for a nice discount.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I ended using a torch, hammer and vicegrips to get the old ones out. I went to my local auto parts store to buy new bleeder crews. Took my about 30 mins to get it all done
