front axle 4X4 vacume hoses

front axle 4X4 vacume hoses
just found out my 4X4 on my 99 Cherokee is not working...found the problem to be the vacume hoses on the front axle are missing where the two parts of the axle comes together. any idea where these hook up to in the engine? or how i could fix this problem? anything helps guys...thanks!
