Default Freeze Plugs Replacement.

Hi, i'm new to this forum and also to the technical names of parts, but i'll do my best. I'm the recently owner of a XJ Renegade '01 with what i think it is a 242 / 4.0L engine, ran normally for like 2 months and died. This is a project i'm starting with a few problems so i'll be here for a while.

My first problem is with the Freeze Plugs, one is leaking and i wanted to know if anyone can provide specifications on which parts do i 100% need to buy to change the plugs (Gaskets, Plugs, sealants) and where to buy them online in USA. (I'm not from USA but i will buy them and get them sent over here since i cannot find any good part locally). Any links would be really helpful, i can see a lot of parts in Amazon but i'm not 100% sure which one fit my car or if there are any Good or Bad Brands.

Also, my XJ was running purely on water when this happened, so i would like to know also if i need to do some cleaning befor since i know too little about this.

Here a vid and a pic of the engine. Thanks.
