Freeze plugs

Noticed a bit of antifreeze under the XJ today.. Upon further inspection, looks I have a freeze plug leaking. Looks like it's been seeping a while.
It appears to be the second one back on the driver side (just behind the motor mount stand)..
Only concern is it looks like the exhaust manifold may have to be removed to access it/install new one.
Any tips from those that have had to do these?

I removed the exhaust/intake. Replace all of them while you are at it. Use brass ones.
Some will say that it can be done from under. I couldn't figure out how to do it without removing what's in the way.
