What is the easiest way to change the freeze plug in my 90 Cherokee the 3rd or 4 th plug blew out what's the best way to replace it? All help is very appreciated

 

If you can't get to it from the bottom. Pull the air box, the power steering pump and bracket off, possibly the EGR tube. Put a jack under the oil pan(and something to keep you from damaging the pan) and lift the motor to get some more working room if needed. Haven't done one myself but that's a couple of ways I can think to get at it ....maybe?

 

Alright i was thinking of taking off my front clip

 

jack xj up crawl under/creeper and look up ...knock them sideways pull them out with channel locks

 

Do i replace all 4

 

If one is shot, the others are probably not far behind.

 

That's what i thought just wanted to double check
