Default Freeze plug

I need to replace a freeze plug on the back of the block, however; I'm not to mechanically helpful. I have a friend who has done some minor work before and I'm just curious to see if it's possible for us to
Pull the exhaust ourselves and replace the freeze plug and putting it back together without ****ing it up!!

Do you mean the one on the back of the head? Would probably have to pull the head to do that.

The last one on your block you should be able to. Just go out and buy a HAYNES Manual ,and follow it word for word on removing intake and exhaust manifold. (get a new gasket) Also if your doing one ,do them all while it's apart. Don't rush the job ,and take picture's at each step to help on reassembly.
