fog lights and high beams

fog lights and high beams
So a couple weeks ago I was on here and I saw someone did the high beam/ fog light mod. I've searched for it and I can't find it. Just to clarify its so you can make your factory fog lights and high beams stay on at the same time. thank you all you have all been so helpful on any question I have had.
