Flush Oil
Well, you need to buy a can of engine flush. Brand really doesn't matter, there all about the same. Then follow the direction on the bottle. Usually it says to add it to a cold engine and run the engine at idle for 5 minutes DO NOT DRIVE. Then there are two avenues you can take. You can drain and then refill and replace the oil filter. OR, do what I do and buy the cheapist oil you can, and after draining the engine add the cheap oil and run it again for 10-15 minutes. Then drain it again and put the good stuff in and replace the filter. It's an extra step but it insures that you get all of the crap and leftover engine flush out of the engine. I just did this to mine and the oil on the dipstick still looks like it's right out of the bottle a week later.
