Default Flow Daddy Headers vs. Rustys Performance Package

Which one of these mods from Rustys would yield higher horsepower and torque gains? Im guessing (correct me if Im wrong) the exhaust package will make my Jeep XJ 4.0 louder. And, how hard are the headers to install? I am by no means an expert mechanic.

Exhaust package

Flowdaddy Headers

p.s. Which muffler would sound the best with my 4.0?
Thanks guys

headers will yield more horsepower. they are easy to install. the flowmaster super 40 sounds the best on a 4.0 in my opinion. Those headers are weird looking...excuse me i mean HEADER

considering the headers are, i guess you would call it (dual outlet) you would have to have a complete new exhaust. I would go with the performance package simply because of cost. My next mod is going to be Rusty's performance package minus the exhaust because i already have it.
